Just so you all know I just Spoke with Ms. Mab... She is fine and in the Pub with Aud... they will be leaving shortly to see the movie. :-)

Isn't it great to see she can scream .... oh wait... do you think we are setting a bad example by running when she screams? Will this turn her into a terrible 2 year old? :-o!

She is fine folks really, if you want to write and let her know it's ok to scream.

Thank you both for checking on me. I had a day when everything was going wrong yesterday and I started thinking dark thoughts. Pixie's gone on about primal screaming, so I thought I'd give it a go.

There was about 20 minutes yesterday afternoon when everything just turned right around. I should have mentioned this in my blog, thinking on it...

Yes! Primal screaming works beautifully. I might do that again sometime... though perhaps not just leave my blog afterwards without telling folk that it's all ok now.
